This Refund Policy governs all service agreements between Future Key Digital and its clients. Every client is bound by these terms without exception when submitting any payment or refund request to Future Key Digital.
If a client decides to discontinue a project after execution has commenced, or requests cancellation after final project deliverables have been provided, Future Key Digital will not issue any monetary refund. Should the client require additional work or a new campaign, a new service order must be submitted along with the required payment as specified by Future Key Digital.
In instances where a technical or performance issue occurs and neither party can definitively establish responsibility, Future Key Digital will not provide financial reimbursement. Instead, we will deliver substitute digital services or revisions at no extra cost. This provision strictly applies to situations involving mutual responsibility or unresolved ambiguity regarding project fault.
